Cinderella, known as the "ash girl," is forced into endless chores by her two cruel stepsisters. Meanwhile, the realm's handsome prince is off hunting bears. His father throws a grand ball for everyone in the kingdom, and a fairy godmother shows up to send Cinderella in elegant style. The prince falls for her, but she flees when midnight strikes—her godmother's limit.
